Step 1 – On the main page navigate to the upper right corner of the page and click the “Log-in / Register” button. Choose “Student/Faculty/Staff” from the drop-down.
Step 2 – Here you will enter your NetID and Password. These are the credentials you use to access other parts of campus.
Step 3 – Once logged in successfully, scroll down the page and under “Category” choose from either of the two fitness center areas you would like to use.
* Zimmerman Fitness Center is the weight training area located on the third floor of Alumni Gym. Here you will have access to exercise equipment for strength training such as dumbbells, bench press, squat racks, leg press, and a variety of other equipment.
* West Gym is the cardio area located on the first floor of Alumni Gym. Here you will have access to equipment for cardiovascular exercise such as treadmills, spin bikes, rowing machines, elliptical, stair climbers, and more.
* You can view a full list of cardio equipment available by navigating to the “Equipment Descriptions” tab here.
Step 4 - Once you have selected the exercise area of your choice, you will be taken to the daily reservation page. Reservations will open every Sunday at noon for the upcoming week.
Step 5 – Select the green “Reserve Now” button directly to the right of the day you would like to reserve.
Step 6 – Next you will choose your preferred time under “please select a time slot below” using the drop-down on the right.
Step 7 – Review your reservation information on the left side of the screen. Double check that the date and time are correct. If incorrect, this will result in being turned away at the door. We are not accepting walk-ups or exchanges at this time.
Step 8 – If the information is correct, please review the code of conduct and check the box agreeing to these terms. Then submit your first and last name in the electronic signature box and click “Checkout” to finalize your reservation.
Step 9 – You will receive a confirmation email shortly after completion.
